Carpet Cleaning Process

STEP 1 - Pre-Inspection

Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service specialists will pay close attention to your specific areas of concern. Our specialists will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. Please let us know prior to your appointment date if there is anything we should be aware of.

STEP 2 - Commercial Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil. We utilize high filtration vacuums that capture 99.98% of allergens, which helps the air quality of your home. Effective removal of dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.

STEP 3 - Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with a hot organic pre-spray in order to ensure soiling and spotting is removed.

STEP 4 - Pre-Treatment
Our specialists will deeply clean your carpets and loosen soils with care.

STEP 5 - Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces like beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture legs will be insulated from the freshly cleaned carpet with disposable blocks and tabs. Should you have a special request for moving an item we normally do not, please discuss this with our office staff at the time of scheduling.

STEP 6 - Extract & Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet with our cleaning agents in order to remove the soil. Our system is regulated so that the carpet is cleaned within the warranty requirements of virtually all carpet manufactures. We clean with water temperatures between 180 and 190 °F.

STEP 7 - Carpet Protector ( optional but recommended 100%)
Carpets are protected with a safe chemical DuPont’s Teflon. This chemical enables the carpets to stay clean longer
